Isn't she the most adorable thing!! To all mommies out there...I am indeed prejudiced! I havn't been writing for the clear reason of being a first time mom and having such a cute bub to play with! To summarise the milestones, Hailey had her first bout of cold and teething issues...smack right on the busy month of December, in between 2 family weddings! Well, the outcome, 7 pretty little porcelain white teeth!! More to come! She has started to stand on her play pen just a week ago. Everytime she carry herself up and grabbed hold on the railings of the play pen, she would clap her tiny hands full of pride and....tumble down! Nevertheless, you will see her pick herslef up again!
She has also started to feel the seperation anxiety syndrome! Makes it more difficult for me to leave her for work...so most of the days you would see me having my little able-assistant tugged around everywhere I go together with Elmo. (Her best friend - for now.)
What more can I ask for? She has surpassed our expectations! Never had to deal with a cranky baby...never had to deal with feeding issues (she takes in everything!!!) Sleeps like an angel! After 10 months....I still find myself secretly smelling her when she is asleep. I speak to her words of courage, words of wisdom and words of love. I am called blessed because of having a daughter like her. I can only pray that God will continue to teach me to love and bring her up the right way.
